The Michael C. Carlos Museum at Emory University offers the most elegant and artistic atmosphere available in Atlanta for wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, Bar and Bat Mitzvah celebrations, corporate meetings, and special events. With three different facility options for your special event we offer well-planned solutions while providing you the most inspiring museum experience in Atlanta.

Imagine your next special event in the Carlos Museum Reception Hall set amid the award-winning architecture of Michael Graves, including floor-to-ceiling windows, chandelier lighting, state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, and the classic elegance of our Steinway grand piano. The Carlos Museum offers the perfect accommodations to make any event a unique and memorable experience.

The rental fee includes security, tables, chairs, set up, breakdown, on-site event supervision, and free parking (after 5 p.m. and on the weekends). The Museum's galleries can be added to any facility rental. Alcohol is permitted and must be provided by the event sponsor. There are no fees associated with the alcohol, but a preferred caterer must provide all bartending services.

The Michael C. Carlos Museum does allow outside caterers at an additional fee of $500. Any outside caterer must be licensed, insured, and interviewed for approval.
