The party to end all parties!
In the Maya calendar, 2012 is a big year. . .and it just got bigger with Bacchanal. Inspired by the Carlos Museum’s ancient American collections, Bacchanal 19 will provide exclusive after-hours access and a private viewing of one of the Museum’s most captivating exhibitions: ‘For I Am the Black Jaguar’: Shamanic Visionary Experience in Ancient American Art. Ancient American Shamans often retold tales (and still do) of visions where they transformed themselves into powerful animals like the black jaguar and venomous rattlesnakes.
With an open bar, Atlanta’s best caterers, gloATL dancers, a DJ spinning, and luxury raffle items there’s no better way to celebrate The End of the World as we know it. Only 300 tickets are available!
Tickets are available now at carlos.emory.edu/bacchanal2012.
No need to drive to Bacchanal:
